This document outlines our policies on product warranty, installation, and refund/returns to ensure your experience is smooth and worry-free.
1. Warranty Policy
All Burly appliances are covered under a limited manufacturer’s warranty, applicable from the date of purchase as mentioned on your invoice.
A. Air Coolers- Warranty Duration:
1 year on the product- Covers: Manufacturing defects in motor, pump, PCB, and electrical components- Excludes:
- Damage due to limescale/sediment accumulation
- Physical damage, misuse, or tampering
- Normal wear and tear of pads, castors, knobs
B. Water Heaters- Warranty Duration:
- 2 years on the product
- 3 years on heating element (May Vary by model)
- 7 years on inner tank (if applicable)- Covers:
Manufacturing defects, failure of heating element, leakage from inner tank- Excludes:
- Damage from high water pressure, improper electrical connection, or dry heating
- External body rusting, scaling, or sediment build-up
C. Warranty Claim Process - To initiate a warranty service:
-Contact our Customer Support with the product serial number and proof of purchase.
-A technician will visit to inspect and determine the next steps—repair or replacement as per policy.

2. Installation Policy
A. Water Heaters- Free Standard Installation is provided in select cities & select models (please refer to the product listing).- Customers must schedule installation within 7 days of delivery by calling customer support.- What’s included:
- Mounting of unit
- Connecting inlet and outlet with standard length pipes (if provided)- What’s not included:
- Additional accessories like inlet/outlet pipes, angle valves, electrical socket, or civil work (chargeable)
B. Air Coolers- No installation required. Products are ready to use after unboxing.

3. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
A. Order Cancellation- You can cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch but may be returned if eligible.
B. Returns Eligibility
Return is accepted within 7 days of delivery if:- The product is damaged, defective, or not as ordered- The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice
C. Non-Returnable Scenarios- Product is used, installed, or tampered with- Missing accessories or original packaging- Issues due to incorrect installation or misuse
D. Refund Process- Post inspection, if the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original
mode of payment.
