At Burly Home Appliances, we strive to deliver quality products to your doorstep with care, speed, and transparency.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your
orders will reach you, along with important legal and logistical terms.
1. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship to most PIN codes across India via our trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative solutions.
2. Shipping Charges-
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above 4999- A shipping fee may apply for orders below this threshold or for delivery to remote locations.- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before final payment.
3. Order Processing Timeline-
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.- Processing time includes payment verification, packing, and handing over to our delivery
partners.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Remote/Rural Areas | 7–10 business days
Note: These are indicative timelines and may vary based on external factors such as
weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistics delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:- A tracking ID- A link to track your shipment- Regular status updates via SMS or email
6. Delivery Attempts-
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If the delivery fails despite attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse.- Re-dispatch can be arranged on request, subject to additional shipping fees.
7. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items
If your order appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please:- Take photos of the package and contents-

We will investigate and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
8. GST Invoicing-
All purchases include a GST-compliant invoice.- If you require a business invoice with your company’s GSTIN, please enter the details during checkout.- No changes can be made to the invoice after the order is placed.
9. Return Shipment Liability-
In case of returns due to damage, defects, or wrong item, we will bear the cost of reverse
shipping.- For returns initiated due to personal preferences, the customer may be required to bear
the shipping charges, unless otherwise specified in our Return Policy.

11. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled only within India.
