Shipping Policies 

After receiving every order we do a quality check on the merchandise and then ship as per your order and destination. 

yerha.com ensures that the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery chain is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse. The goods will be delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India. On dispatch we will send you a mail giving you the details of the courier service used. All orders are subject to product availability. 

Shipping Time, Method and Process

1. Product delivery process will be initiated once your payment verification is done form bank or payment gateways. If your payment is on hold form bank or payment gateway then we cannot process the order till the time we get confirmation.

2. yerha.com Shipping partner Estimate Around delivers to 7000 locations within the geographical boundary of India.

3. yerha.com dispatches all parcels using a courier chosen according to your order or the type of products sold on yerha.com, to offer you fast and reliable delivery. You can track your delivery via the My Account / My delivery page or Track Order.

4. For deliveries within India, charges will variable depending on your parcel's location, weight, volume, fragility and the value of your order. The charges include fulfillment costs of your order. 

5. Cash on delivery option is available only in India and for amounts less than Rs.6,000 If the chosen mode of payment is cash on delivery, a variable convenience charge will apply. You can view the delivery charges at the time of payment. These are over and above the selling price of the product. You can also view the delivery charges in the invoice or My order section.

6. The goods will be delivered within 2-7 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India. Estimated delivery times are available from the moment you place your order. In the  My Account / My delivery section, you can view the dispatch date of your parcel (available once your parcel has left our warehouses) Once your parcel has been dispatched by our Logistics team, an email or SMS will automatically be sent to you.

7. We are not responsible for delay happens from courier company side as that is not in our control we can resend the products or replace if it got damaged  but in this case refund policy will be void. 

8. If product delivery is getting delay due unavoidable circumstances then we will inform you on the same and also let you know about estimated time of delivery.

9. We deliver through all reputed courier companies. If we do not have service in your area we will  send it by India Post. As India post does not deliver Electronics products to for that you need to provide us alternate address to delivery of same.

Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at customer info@burly.in.
